Data Deletion Request Policy

This page tells residents how to ask Windsong Online Neighborhood to delete personal information stored on https://wndsng.com, including information received if you signed in with Google or Facebook.
This page is public on purpose. Meta and Google require a reachable instructions URL before social login can be offered to the public. Our full Privacy Policy is at https://wndsng.com/privacy-policy/.
How to request deletion
Email copilot@wndsng.com from the address we have on file when possible.
Use one of these subject lines so we know what you want:
- Facebook data deletion request
- Google data deletion request
- Delete my Windsong account
In the message, include:
- Your first and last name
- Your Windsong street address
- The email on your Windsong account
- The Google or Facebook email you used to sign in, if it is different
- Whether you want only the social-login connection removed, or your entire resident record deleted
We may reply to confirm it is you before we change or delete a private directory record.
What we will delete
If you ask us to remove Facebook or Google login only, we will:
- Disconnect that provider from your Windsong login
- Delete the provider user ID and related social-login data we stored
- Leave your resident directory record and password login in place unless you ask us to remove those too
If you ask us to delete your Windsong account, we will:
- Remove or de-identify your resident profile from the active directory
- Delete or disable your Site login
- Remove social-login connections attached to that account
We may keep a limited record when we must do so for security, to prevent reuse of a verified address after a dispute, or to satisfy a legal obligation. We will not keep your Facebook or Google access token.
What this request does not do
- It does not delete your Facebook or Google account
- It does not remove posts you made in the Windsong Neighborhood Facebook Group
- It does not remove emails already sent or server backups immediately
To remove Windsong’s access on the provider side as well:
- Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Windsong Online Neighborhood
- Google: your Google Account → Security → Third-party access → remove Windsong
How long it takes
We will acknowledge a valid request within 7 days and complete the deletion as soon as practical, usually within 30 days. If we cannot verify the requester, we will say so and ask for the missing detail.
